I didn't manage to spent the weekend at Batam.... :(

25th Feb 2012 Saturday

We need to check in 8.50am at Harbourfront but before that we need to have our breakfast so the meeting time was 8am...at the Mac!

Ling reached the earliest followed by LG and me....and then San...
The 3 of us went ahead with our breakfast w/o them because we have no spare time to wait...LOL!

The staff advise us to check in at 9am and we only leave Mac at around 9am when Christine and Doreen had to gobble down their burgers...Hahaha

We reached Batam around 11am and at 11.30am sister text to inform that my grandpa passed away...
Doreen suggested that we could ask the tour guide to help book the evening ferry to see if it's available..

And luckily there is ferry back to SG in the evening...6.40pm(SG time 7.40pm)

So i went ahead with the city tour and very little photos was taken during the city tour...

(Netherless there's still 96 photos in my camera...)

Back to the hotel at around 4pm Batam's time..check in and miggle around the lobby check out the time the shuttle bus leaves for Waterfront Terminal...
Finally seen the room and it's neat, tidy and clean! Feel a bit sad that i couldn't stay for the night but then I'll be back to Batam soon i hope...

The girls accy me tour round the resort and EVEN accy me to the ferry terminal...TOUCHED LAH!!

It's always wonderful with them around... :)

Board the ferry at 6.20pm (Batam's Time) and reached SG around 8.40pm (SG)...
Experience a bit of giddiness and jelly legs...LOL!
Luckily for Lincoln, he waited for me at Vivo's Giant and gave me a lift home...

I'm back to work today after 5 days of sleepless nights...Feeling really really tired!

Was already sick the week before and now adding on to the sickness was the insufficient sleep...
my sickness got worst... Gonna visit the doc real soon...after this weekend...

Cos i'm having a really busy weekend...

We've met each other's family members already... :)
Less than a week together and we brought each other home to meet the family members...
(Rocket speed or what!!!??? LOL)

Last Sat (18/2) was supposed to meet LG for kopi as he is work night shift on that day,

so i told him i'll go downstairs for dinner with family (elder sis's family and mum)

then text him to come over when i'm done.

At 5.00pm
LG: Going for dinner soon?
Me: Ya, leaving the house now...

At 5.23pm
LG: Dinner starting soon ya?
Me: Already halfway..kids eating slowly...

At 5.30pm

(My back was facing the carpark)
I turned to my right and played with little nephew and suddenly my elder sister called out my name...
i looked at her eyes and her eyes were looking somewhere behind me and she smile!

I turned around and got the shock of my life!
LG was standing somewhere behind me, he picked up a chair & sat beside me...

Even my mum got a shock...Hahaha
He seems so natural and stress-free!!!
(Up till now, i still smile whenever that image pop up in my mind)

Mum invited him up and he was around for an hour plus then left to go home get himself prepare for work.

When he got home, he text me saying that his relatives was looking at our photo & commented that we have FU QI XIANG!

Some also commented

'Ah ma Saliva dripping!'

Hahahaha...

Yesterday was my turn to visit LG's parents.
He asked me on Sun if i wanna go his house for dinner (Handmade noodle) on mon after work..Agreed! (Stressed TTM)

He picked me up at my office and off to his house.

Stressed was with me all the way and luckily for his niece, Yu Xuan,

that grew familiar with me and i played with her nearly throughout the time at his house.

Left at 9.30pm with a box of 'Ang Gu Kuey' made by LG's mum. How nice la!

Guess we both were not willing to go home early so we chatted in the car and walked around my hse till 11pm then finally he send me to the lift...

Sweet day out... :)

Finally i ended my 2+ years of singlehood on 14 Feb 2012.

He had it all planned on Sunday.

We were out for breakfast on Sun (12/2) and on the way back he asked me out on Vday.

I agreed of course... Hahaha....

On Sunday night, he text to inform reservation confirm and another thing is that

he couldn't pick me up from the office & he gave me the lamest excuse!! Hahahaha....
He need to head home to wash up after work...

(He actually fetch me from work quite a few times right after he knock off...)

Nethereless i told him i'll make my way there.

As usual, he is someone with great punctuality sense, i spotted him seated in New York2 from Level 1 on my way to the toilet ...timing was 6.15pm...When we were suppose to meet 6.30pm.

Had great chats during dinner and was really happy because he bother to dress up for this occasion!

He was in shirt with jeans and SHOE, instead of slippers...LOL!!!

After dinner we went to WCP because JP was flooded with people...

He passed me the flowers at the carpark and told me,

he couldn't fetch me because he need to collect flowers...it's meant to be a surprise.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Have not celebrated Vday for at least 6 years.

Previous BF wasn't someone who 'DONT KNOW' how to celebrate Vday...

How i wish i could turn back time....

Love was something so simple and sweet when i was still younger.

Party with the girls last Saturday.

Couldn't really decide where to go so in the end we went back to Ratchada at HMV.

The crowd was pathetic for a saturday night...
But we manage to entertain ourselves with games like '7, 8, 9' and '5 10'....

San got drunk and she was the joke of the day!

Recently had been 'drawing' my eyebrow slightly thicker...

the very first time i got my eyebrow plucked was in Secondary 2...Still remember tears just naturally drop from the corners of the eye while the aunty was plucking my brows...

I wrote aunty because it was done at Bukit Timah Shopping Centre..and back then i was still a student with not much pocket money...so can only afford those cheaper places...

Since then i had been plucking my eyebrows on my own..in the end..the more i pluck, the lesser the hair grow and eventually, it became so little and i cannot go out without drawing my eyebrow!!! (REGRETS!!)

I'm just a very 'DIY' person...(Don't get the wrong idea!)
i prefer to do things myself rather than getting help from others...

Maybe due to character...i'm a gan jiong person, like to get things done fast!
So i'm a handy woman at home...
Be it computer to tv to cables to choke sink...etc etc...
i basically can settle everything at home..and grandma's house...

It's actually some sense of achievement whenever i manage to solve the problems for my family..

And somehow they are so used to calling me whenever they meet up with problems...Especially my mum!

Mood took a drastic change an hour ago...
Feeling very moody out of a sudden!

Guess it's due to PMS...

Met up with LG on Wed for dinner at Farm Mart.

It was his off day and so i asked him to wait for me at my house downstairs instead of coming to Tuas.

Intially plans was to go up to my house after dinner (He wanted to bai nian), but we were too engrossed chatting and time just slipped by....
By the time i realised it was already 9pm...

Told him too late to go up, mum sleeping soon!

So we continued our conversation till 10+pm....

Part of our conversation was about savings...

He managed to knock sense into me into saving more every month...
It shall starts from next month! Hopefully i can save 20% of my pay each month.

Sometimes it's really difficult being a nice person...

Concerned is described as minding too much of other's business...

Making the effort to show concern and the rental of my ear was all rebuted by being nosey...SUCKS!

Preparing for the Lou Hei and Steamboat!

After the Steamboat Dinner, the kids wanted to play with the sparkles!

If you read my previous post, you'll know i got home on Chu Yi's morning 5+am..

Hang woke me up at nearly 12pm...because we need to go next door Bai Nian!

Day 1 of Chinese New Year 2012 (Mon)

With young kids around, there's always take 2 and take 3...
Because kids never like to look in the camera!

Didn't go anywhere on Chu Yi after except Bai Nian at next door...
I told friends i'm the HQ's neighbour, so no need go anywhere else.

Dinner was steamboat again on Day 1, every year we'll have steamboat for dinner on eve and first day of CNY. Reason is because there's leftover food from reunion dinner!

Day 2 of Chinese New Year 2012 (Tue)
Mama woke us up at 11+am as we're suppose to visit my paternal side's grandma.

Stayed for and hour or so then we left grandma's place and head home.
Dad had passed away for more than 10 years so naturally we were not close to the paternal side relatives.
Had a noon nap after i got home as it's a night of gambling once again at Grace's house.
Ling fetch me at around 10pm and we headed to Grace's house.
Reached home around 4ish once again...

Day 3 of Chinese New Year (Wed)
Bored Day...stayed home and 'nua' whole day...as i'm starting work on Thur.
That's the day i watched the Orca attacking the big gray whale and her baby.

Day 6 of Chinese New Year.
This year other than Ling's house, we visited Christine's house!
Christine invited a few of us to her house for gathering, of course most of us turned up...
It's Chinese New Year and once a year event...
LIng and Ivan arrived 30mins after me and San...

Christine's hair was in a great mess...requested for another neat photo...

San keep saying she's looking in the lens instead of the front LCD screen...LOL

XIN NIAN KUAI LE!!!!

Left the photos at home in my laptop,

supposed to let my readers have the first hand photos but i'm too forgetful!

So i'm left with the photos in my iphone.

This would not be a CNY posting, instead it would be a random posts of what i did these few days.

Uncle Sam came over on Mon (16/01) to change the position of my fan and also drill a hole in the cabinet for the extension plug for my hair dryer.

The ugly holes left by the fan.
Bought putty fillers and manage to cover these holes well enough!

These 2 walls are sparkingly clean after removing all the barang barang and also 'washed' the walls. (20/1)

Those in circles are the holes filled with puttyfillers.

While washing the wall, my face was terribly itchy...
Guess it's due to allergic to some chemical reaction..

Some are acne marks combined tgt with the rashes makes my face HORRIGIBLE!
2nd pic was taken a day after the allergic. The rashes didn't subside even on CNY eve...
Got a bit worried as CNY is only a day away...

On the eve of CNY eve...cousins came over and bugged me to drive him to
Bukit Gombak MRT to buy 'Gong Cha'...

The reno at my house downstair's playground finally done!
So far this is the tallest slight i have seen at HDB blocks areas...

FB's feeds was flooded with pics of rainbow...many of my friends saw it but not me!!!

Me and LG were chatting in whatsapp and somehow the topic came to tau hua...
Told him the tau hua at my house just wouldn't kai hua...i presume there's no tau hua in the house...LOL

The next morning, he sent this photo to me...

On the CNY eve, we realise that the vase for the tau hua had cracks on them...
The vase belongs to next door grandma...
As they bought Ying Liu that was much longer and taller...we exchange the vase...
but who knows it's actually a broken vase....

Look where my grandma's neighbour put the potted plants?
On the edge of her window ledge!!!!
Imagine she had to climb out of her window to water and take care of her plants!

And she really did that on the eve of CNY...not water her plants, but to 'WASH' the window ledge and aircon ledge... It's really inconsiderate of her to do so on a sunny day...
Normally i'll wash my windows ledge on rainy days...

But she didn't hold tight to her pail of water and the whole bucket slipped from her hands and fell from storey 22...The dirty water splashed all over my grandma's window ledge and the poor helper got to clean the ledge...

After the CNY reunion dinner, left my house at 12am plus (初一) to Grace's house for our gamble session.

I had to leave house after 12am because i need to convey my wishes to the tau hua plant at 12 midnight! LOL...

Day ended at 4am and most of us went for breakfast at Fajar Macdonalds...
Reached home at 5.30am...

初一!!

All well prepared to go over next door to BAI NIAN!

The HOT ang bao cover i got from aunties and uncles!

In total till date, collected nearly $500...thanks to all generous family members!!

Gambling at Grace's house once again...
3 blackjacks in 1 game!! Rare sight!

Got home at 4.30 am...SHAGGED!!

Day 3 of CNY....

Woke up at 2pm ....mum's usual way of waking us up!
'It's so late...time to wake up!!!'

But normally i'm the 1 who wakes up as i'm a light sleeper...Sister immune to all voices around her when she's in deep sleep...ENVY!!! And she got up at 3.30pm....

Watched NAT GEO WILD after lunch and it was a touching but heart wrenching show....
12 killer whales (Orca) tried to seperate the baby whale from the mother whale in order to feast on the baby whale....The mother tried hard to protect the baby by lifting it out of the water on it's belly...
so that the Orca could not reach it's baby...
It hold on for 3-4 hours before the mother was exhausted and by then,
the baby was already hanging on to it's dear life...
the Orcas had devour most of the flesh and finally when they were also exhausted and left...
i thought the baby and mother would be able to survive...but then 2 days later, they found the baby being washed ashore with lots of teeth holes found on it. ...

The footage i watch on tv was filmed underwater, so it gives a clearer picture.

Killer Whales are not whales...they're actually part of the dolphin's family...
It's because they kill whales that's why they're named Killer Whales!

Left with 30 mins in the office and i'm done for this year!

Seriously i hate and love CNY.

Love because i get to have longer no work days and gatherings with friends and relatives.

Can gamble and take Ang Baos. (Use to love collecting ang baos, but not anymore.)

Hate started from the don't know when...
For the past few years, CNY spent with BFs wasn't as exciting as before...

And as the age increases, ppl loves to ask sensitive questions, though some may be out of concern.

But i'm sensitive to all these Qs...very sensitive i presume.

Whenever the elders give ang baos, they would give us some wishes too..

but as years grew by, they don't know what to wish for me..

As i'm no longer studying..i don't aim high at work...i'm not in any BGR...

So what else can they wish me!!!!?????

For the past 2 years, ppl started wishing me 'Find your prince charming soon'...
but they couldn't be wishing me the same thing every year correct?
Something must be wrong somewhere but not sure where....

I thought of not visiting any friends or relatives houses to avoid

but then the playful side of me REJECTED this thinking.

Friends sure NAG NAG NAG at me for not joining them...

Mum would NAG MORE if i don't accompany her to grandma's house...

I really need to do something soon! :)

Whenever i have the urge to blog, it's always nearly 5.30pm...

So now i'm left with an hour to blog.

Last Sunday was super packed....AT HOME!

Spring cleaning day plus Ngoh Hiang making day!

Grandma's Ngoh Hiang is always the best!!!

This year i didn't help out with the Ngoh Hiang because Uncle Samuel wanted to revamp my room.
Uncel Samuel comes every year before CNY to help clear grandma's house because they like to keep things, nearly everything they don't bear to throw.
But in the end, he spent the entire day shifting the furnitures in my room.

Initially i'm already done with the cleaning of the room (about 12pm+) and wanted to help out with the wrapping of the Ngoh Hiang but Uncle says, come let's change the layout of your furniture...

The below picture is my room in a total mess! (Was texting LG and also send him this photo)

LG gave me a little surprise on Saturday. :)

He was on reservice for the whole week of 9-16 Jan, Saturday was his reservice family day at Yishun Safra.

His plans was to mark attendance followed by mahjong.

But who knows the mahjong session was cancelled and he pop by with a cake for me.

Had a talk with him downstairs for about 20mins and got to rush over to

Qin's in law house for Justin baby shower.

As it's her 3rd child and she's on maternity as well, it was a tiny celebration for Justin.

Mini celebration for my nephew, Jadon, at Qin's MIL place last sat (07 Jan 12).

Due to Qin is still on maternity leave so she can't leave the house yet.

Before the mini celebration at Qin's in law house,

they bought a cake to school and celebrated for Jadon.

This morning receive email from MV and the content of the email was somthing shocking!

I knew him in August last year thru a webby and he was not attached at that time.

Went out with him twice but couldn't accept his liberal ways towards me,

so keep rejecting to meet up with him after that.

And today he emailed to inform he is getting married!!

I actually felt a tinge of sadness in me...

because never ever had a guy who treated me so sweet...

The problem with this marriage, it's a china bride and somehow he phrase it as though he 'bought' the bride.

He told me this china lady PM him in FB and somehow MV pay for her to come to SG to get married.

Happy New Year to all!

Attended a colleague's wedding dinner at The Hilltop Restaurant at Bukit Batok yesterday.

It was just a 5mins drive from my house but a good 20-30mins walk.

So decided to cab over.

Dress bought at Mango Sale, still consider ex at $39.90. But it was love at first sight...

Was relatively home early at 10.30pm because colleague wanted to leave and so they gave me a ride home.

Shaun ask if i wanted to meet him at my house downstairs for a talk since he meeting ZhiXiang also,

told him i'll let them both have their men's talk before i join them later.

But then he got too late and i was lazy to leave the house, so went to remove make up and then he sms me.

They were at Yew Tee with Ah hao and GF, so i told Shaun not joining them anymore since it's gonna be 12am soon, by the time i reach Yew Tee, already past 12am. Countdown over...

1 of them which left a deep impression is 'UNFAITHFUL'

The female lead - Was 40plus in the movie

Adulterous fling with the following man who was only 28 in the movie

This fling is always giving new sexual excitement to the female lead,

which her own marriage is seriously lacking of...

By the way, the above movie is rated R21.

After watching this movie, can't help wondering that would my marriage comes to a stagnant stage where either party would betray the trust that was build up initially?

This year X'mas there's a total of 6 lovely ladies for the Xmas dinner and exchange!

We decide on Buffet Town at Raffles Place.

Ling meet me at Bt Gombak MRT and as usual traffic was heavy on the expressway,

adding on to the jam was the rain.

Finally reached Raffles City and we waited quite sometime for a parking lot.

Stepped into Buffet Town at 7.30pm!

The ladies were really really sweet, they waited for us to start the dinner though they're really hungry!

The only Makan photo we took...too busy eating already!

In order for us to have the gift exchange, we need to clean up the tables and make way for the presents!

Doreen was the 1st to pick the whose present she wanted...

San was the 2nd to choose and before she open her present, she get to change with Doreen if she wants..

Ling was the 3rd and she get to change her 'unopened' present with the open ones...

I'm the 4th...

Overall the food wasn't really fantastic but what matter mosts is the company!

Never underestimate a woman's intuition.

My intuition/6th sense really freak me out at times.

Incident 1

A few years ago, on a sunday night was browsing thru Friendster (That time was the 'IN' thing)
and this bad feeling came suddenly.
I don't know how to describe the feeling but then it lead me to a photo of my ex (was my BF at that time).

Browse thru ex's friend, friend's list and out of these 400+ friends,
i sense her....click on her profile and BINGO!

A girl was sitting on ex's bike and the view of the photo tells me they are in Malaysia.

How amazing was that!

I know nothing about him going to Malaysia!!!

This is the girl who was sitting on my ex bf's bike.

(Friendster revamp and that photo was lost too)

Had a big quarrel and we cooled down for 2 weeks before sorting things out.

**They know each other at some pubs in Boat Quay.

Incident 2

That bad feeling came again.

One fine day when i was at his house.

Peep through his Windows Messenger contacts and sense this 'Stefanie'...

Decided to check further when i get home.

Found her blog and i realise she address him as 'Black Pig'..

Something was going on between them but ex refused to admit.

**Mobile number given to her by ex's friend.

Incident 3

Once again had that feeling again and this time round, it was his mobile phone.

Hit straight to his 'Sent' items and spot on.

He sent a sms to the girl in the below photo asking if she's free to go out..time check, past midnight!

Maybe to most of you, it's normal but i know it's not because i know him well enough.

There are a few more incidents with several pub girls.
But he deny all and i was blinded by love at that time.

Anyway this post is not about him or i can't get over him.

That bad feeling came back once again!

About 1 month back..It's not about him.

Anyway that guy is not related to me in any way so i couldn't care much about him also.

Just that i feel maybe 'THEY' should try to get the truth to my ears?

Though i dunno if my feeling is accurate this time as it had been rusty for so long.

I will just hope for a better 2012!

Still remember that 6 months back we met up to source for the Sister's convertible DRESS .

And now the wedding is over.

Christine was my 1st chinese friend in CCKSS.

My 1st friend was a Malay and her 1st friend was also a Malay.

Therefore the 4 of us decided to change partners.

Know her for 15 years exactly and we're still going strong!!

She used to stay in Woodlands which is a little far but now, she has shifted to BP!

10 mins drive from my house... I see more meet-ups in future!

A few of us met up for the preparation of the gate crash props at Ling's house.

We can't help laughing at the ideas given by Ling...all too X-Rated!

Considering the elderly cannot take it, we brush aside those ideas.

The talented 'teacher' (Ling) who decorated 3 paper plates by herself!

We have a task today, that is to buy the spicy wings at Sunset Grill and Pub.

But then, we lost our way and couldn't find that cafe itself, though we saw a small sign stating 'SUNSET',

still we couldn't find it. So another alternative was 'Overeasy' at One Fullerton.

Considering that fact that getting the wings was more important than our casual clothings, we went ahead with the plan to One Fullerton in overly casual wear.

Not much photos for the eveing as we were all under-dressed! LOL

Supposed to be an 'EARLY' dinner as we need to head home for our beauty sleep,

in the end we got home at 9pm!

Sandy stayed over so that when Ling fetch us, it's more convenient.

04 Dec 2011 Sunday

The actual day!!

Woke up at 3am and started our preparations.

Ling fetch us both at 4.40am and headed to San's place.

All of us in cardigan or shawl to cover our very sexy shoulder as we don't want

to become preys at the Malaysia chceckpoint.

Reach Christine's house relatively early! At around 5.30am.

We have really more than enough time to fool around with the camera as the brothers were terribly late by 30mins! Initially we were firm to tell Joel that Christine couldn't have agreed on 7.30am but in the end, it was Christine who told him 7.00-7.30am.

Sisters were standing outside the MAIN GATE waiting for the Groom and the Brothers!

Finally when we spot their cars was already 7.28am. We're only left with 15mins for the gate crash games.

We change the games slightly due to time constrain.

They were actually supposed to figure out how to wear the baby diapers by themselves but after discussion, we sisters would 'wear' for them! LOL

Watched 'You are the Apple of my Eye' with LG on Monday (21/11).

He picked me up at my office, it was drizzling..REAL DRIZZLE..(Ling's version of drizzle)

Our conversation.

Got a shock when i walked out of the main gate, he was standing just behind the wall with a umbrella.

Hahaha...i was so shocked that i forget to thank him!!

He bought me 2pcs agar agar and ask me to eat inside his car...because he was eating Guava..LOL

Think he PS if he never get anything for me and i've to see him enjoy his guava.

Though it's difficult to eat the slippery agar agar inside a car,

i still manage to finish 1pcs, save the other for dessert after dinner.

We went for dinner somewhere around Soon Lee Road and he spotted 1 of my craving.

He pointed to me 'Hey, got kuey chap!'

So without hesitation, i ordered that for dinner.

He ordered Fish Soup with rice.

Our movie was 9.15pm and when we finished our dinner, it was only 6.20pm!

3 more hours to go and we've no idea what are we gonna do for that 3 hours.

He suggest that we watch another movie before that.

He finish smoking and off we go, reached JP around 7pm.

Barely a few steps after i alighted from LG's car, i sense my heels giving way,

looked down and realise i'm correct, the front portion that was slot underneath would give way anytime.

LG offered to lend me his slippers but i reject, too ugly to wear XL slippers with a dress..LOL

Told him i want get another pair of heels at 'Heatwave', along the way he saw a few shoe shops and asked if i wanna go in..i shook my head...and smile! (I'm a super fan of Heatwave)

But i did went in to 'Charles and Keith', came out empty handed.

Went into Heatwave and tried on many pairs...

LG did choose a few designs for me as well...
I particularly liked 1 pair that he has chosen but then there're too many size 7 ladies in SG!

No size 7 for me..

In the end settled for a 'not loved' heels...
BTW, his taste is good..for heels!

He is the 1st guy who actually 'SHOPPED' with me... :)

Headed to coffeebean and we had a 1.5 hours long talk.

Though in between there are silent moments but still we manage to make ourselves

comfortable with each other's company.

Collected our tickets and since there's still a little time, we went into Harvey Norman.

Overall we both enjoyed the movie a lot!

I enjoyed the night a lot too... :)

This morning, received a sms from Mun.

A very unexpected visitor.

We have broken off for nearly 2 years, time flies!

It's not like him to send sms to me unless he changed, but then again no more patching back.

I had enough of his nonsense!

First, it's not wise to try out the 3rd time, just a waste of time.

Second,, i'm not young. Hitting the big '3' so soon!

Third, my family can't accept him anymore...

My cousin whom just got married, told me that my mum confided in my aunt (Her mum).

Saying that if i'm married to him, with this chirpy character of mine, i'll be like a bird locked up in a cage!

Seeing my mum like that makes my heart ache also.

The break off emails....here...

LG saw the post on FB and 'LINE' me..

Somehow LG felt that i never really moved on.

It's true that my heart pumped faster when i 1st saw the sms,

but that doesn't mean i'll go back to him.

10 Nov 2011 - Thursday

Took urgent half day on Thu afternoon to go down to Thomson Bridal at Tanjong Pagar.

Couldn't fit into the 姐妹 dress that cousin rented from the bridal shop.

Drove to work and went down directly after work, it was actually a trip in vain!

Staffs help out and 'taught' me HOW TO WEAR THE DRESS!!!

Headed down to west mall with the bride-to-be as she collected her gown on that day also.

Had a quick lunch tgt and settle our stuff and head home to rest.

Met for dinner with Ah Hao at around 7plus.
He wanted to bring me to Beauty World to try out a Thai cuisine but it had already closed!

Netherless we order zi char and fried kuey teow to share.

After that headed to Club July.

'Forced' him to sing for me and was really impressed with his voice!

It's good!!! Real good!!

Left early as i'll need to wake up at 4.30am the following day.

Though the meet up was short, for a mere few hours i still enjoyed myself with him.
He'll makes a good boyfriend. :)

Jadon & Gwen's First Graduation and concert day!
Woke up really early for a saturday morning, 7am.

Suppose to leave home at 7.30am but as usual the draggy sister took another 15mins more to prepare.

We (Me, Hang, Mum & Aunt Hazel) went for breakfast at Upper Bukit Timah, Bak Kut Teh!

As compared to Malaysia's BKT, it taste too peppery with too little ingredients and definitely expensive!

After breakfast, drove over to the Canossian Convent Kindergarden at Upper Bukit Timah road, parking was horrible around there, we had to park along the tiny lanes outside those bungalows.

The graduation and concert was a big success, nephew and gwen both perform so well! Thumbs up!!

Grace's birthday and Little Verene's baby shower!
Double celebration at Grace's BP house!

Ling finished her wedding lunch, went home to change and shower before coming over to fetch me to JP, she wanted to visit the cake-designing shop situated at the basement of JP2 to design a cake for Grace!
But plans were changed last min, LG offered to fetch me to JP and also pass me the medicated cream for my backache. So i told Ling i'll meet her at JP instead of my house downstairs...SORRY LING!

The Medicated plasters and cream LG passed to me... :)

LG is always early! Text him when i'm ready, 4mins later he was downstairs already!

Anyway he is a really thoughful guy!

Back to the main topic.

Met up with Peishan 1st and ling reach not long after.

Headed straight to basement and started on her project!

LG text me at 4plus, asked if i'm heading home after work, thought of meeting me for dinner.

Yup Yup...nornally i'll go home after work on Mondays...Too blue already!

While waiting for me, he bumbped into my sister and my sister say he looks damn shagged!

Had our dinner at the opposite coffeeshop as he helped his ex-boss to shift house and he says he is stinky and dirty all over! LOL..

After dinner, we went for a stroll and had a 2 hours chat... :)

Once again, he helped his ex-boss with the shifting of the furniture so he asked if want to meet for dinner.

I told him i can accompany him for dinner but i'm not feeling well, so don't intend to eat.

So we headed to those coffeshops near the Keat Hong camp.

I really enjoyed times spent with him because he never fails to make me smile/laugh! LOL....He is a joker!

The guy who tattooed my name on him, Daniel.

It happened more than a decade ago.

I think i was around 16-17years old when i found out about the tattoo.

Intially i only knew about the arm tattoo and it was Ah Mun, my recent ex-bf (Daniel was his campmate) that told me the whole back was tattoo with a poem and it's for me!

Trip to Jb again...but without Christine as she is having her exam soon.

This time is for our hair and nail, but the sad thing is me and Ling totally have no time for nails.

San informed that she need to leave early because she's meeting Tim to go for the 13cells Horroween event. So we left after perming our hair and settled our own dinner individually.

I got a super tired look.

As he is working the next morning from 8am - 12midnight, we left at around 9.30pm.

Me and hang ordered Lana's Cake on on Friday and collected on Sat afternoon.

Sent out an email to inform the sisters to learn the way to 'wear' the convertible dress, don't rely on me.

Freaking moody today and i've no idea why.

Yesterday morning, received the news that Lincoln's dad had passed away.

Was kinda shocked because it's too sudden.

He had a heart attack in the bathroom, fell and hit his head.

When Lincoln found him, he had already passed on.

Greatest condolences to the family.

Supposed to fetch Hang to a flea market coming Sun, but was cancelled.

Hang need to be at the wake to help out all the way till Monday, moral support for Lincoln!

I guess absence really makes the heart grow fonder.

Hang told me this morning, sometimes cooling down can make ppl realise more.

So i guess she realise she loves Lincoln more??!!

Anyway it's good that they're talking to each other once again.

Realised he had attitude problem, went missing for 1.5days and suddenly apps me on saturday morning.

So i lied to him that i accepted someone else and would not be meeting him anymore.

It happen umpteen times!

Just when i thought everything ended but it didn't.

He always email me when i told my GFs that we 'REALLY' ended!

Yesterday told ling, 2 days he never contact me...i guess that's the end!

But today i received his email asking how am i ...blah blah...

I have already backed out of the meet up (LAST MIN) twice and he still asking for the 3rd time!

Seriously i've got no excuse to push him away, so decided to meet him for the LAST TIME this sat!

He fits the look, body build, and height of my criteria & he is also financially stable and of matured age.

Because of his 'too open' ways and his sweet talks that makes me back off from him.

He is really sweet in some ways but i can never know when is he true and when is he not.

To be with this kind of guys, it's practically living in 'suspect' all the time.

I keep telling myself i cannot fall for him and i'm glad i didn't fell all the way...

A tiny bit of crush HAVE! Because i still think of him sometimes, but LOVE is definitely not.

Pampering Trip to JB - 17 September 2011!

Trip to Batam was cancelled due to security reasons,

therefore we decided to replace with 1 day trip in JB!

Though the fun cannot be compared to Batam, but still we enjoyed ourselves TTM.

Finally i have decided to snap out of this comfort zone!

Ling's company hiring!!

The previous staff left H**** when she was not even confirmed, therefore Ling's colleagues asked if she's sure about getting me in. Ling say it's up to me to decide, so i'll still give it a try!

Though i don't know if i'll be short listed, but just go!

It's not good to stay in comfort zone for too long at this age.
I find myself getting lazier and lazier by each day.

Mum had been nagging for sometime to ask me leave this company, reason is because the lunch sucks!
There's a canteen nearby but my company's lunchtime is strictly at 12.30pm, by the time i reach the canteen, there's no food or maybe those yucky leftovers.

So for the past 2 years, bread, biscuits & maggie had been the best lunch i could have in office.

Say bye bye to yuck yuck lunch!!!

Ailing's Birthday Celebrations!!

August 29, 2011 - Monday

Mini Celebration for Ling's birthday. Ktv session with Ling's family!

I have not done that with my family before!

Her family choose this day because it's her actual chinese birthday.

Ivan is not joining, Ling asked if i want join them since i'm not going out.

Met up with Ling at 9pm to go for a late dinner.

Headed to Upper Bukit Timah, the stretch of food lane opposite Beauty World.

Settled down at an indian coffeeshop and we eat and chit chatted.

Supposed to check in FB, but after i tag her, i forgotten to press 'CHECK IN' again...

By the time i realised that, we've already finish our dinner!

KTV started at 10.30pm.

I was surprised when it was ling's dad turn to sing, he sings well, really well.

As fo ling's mum, maybe she's kind of shy and didn't sing.

Ended the KTV at 1am and i sent ling home.Though she can sit her own car home...HAHAHA!

Ling's parents are the most spontanous and young at heart parents i've ever seen.

Envy the bond between them.

This time round, it's a celebration with us!

Ling chosen 'The White Rabbit' at Dempsey Road.

Poor birthday girl got to drive on this Satuday.

I couldn't get a car on all Saturdays!!

Reach Demsey at around 1.30pm and found our way easily into the deserted carpark of White Rabbit.

Wonder what would happen to those Rabbits when it rains...

Though i never walk over to see what material they're made of, but it seems so paper to me.

At the far end, there's a couple holding their solemnization. Nice place!

We were still boasting about having lunch after this brunch becasue the portion seesm so small and not filling enough. End up, we were terribly full till evening!

I always forget to stand straight! I'm super hunchback...

After out Brunch, we head to Kbox at Cineleisure, for our Sing Sang Sung concert!

Met up with XG on last friday to go for the Handmade Noodle at City Plaza once again.

This time round i tried the dry noodles.

XG picked me up at 7pm as usual and due to the jam, we reached at nearly 8pm!!

We placed our order and then found a seat and chit chatted.

Our orders came and i realise my dry noodle was different from what i see in the photo,
there's no black sauce! So i took my bowl of noodle back to the stall and the temp worker got a scolding from the boss. LOL

Left City Plaza at around 9pm and we were stuck in the jam once again!
Got home at around 10.30pm and was out again to meet up with Christine.
Her cousin Emily gave me a lift over to Christine's new house.
Angeline and Hubby was already at Christine's new house downstairs.
Headed up to Christine's house and she realised that she didn't bring her wooden door key!!
So no choice, we went over to Angeline's house, which is 5mins drive away.
Christine wanted to stay at her new house because we having the cake making session the following day but she got no choice but to head home after Angeline's house.

We had our 'Joy in the Kitchen' day once again on Polling day!

Suppose to be 4 of us but Ling was down with gastric flu so we went ahead without her.

Didn't cast any vote, because i know nuts about them.
I went to register but left the paper blank.

Walked to Bukit Gombak MRT to meet up with Christine and

we head straight to the supermarket to get the ingredients.
San bought breakfast for Christine and we 3 had our breakfast tgt.

Though i didn't help out with the Oneh Oneh but i was still as busy as a bee.

Busy getting ready the ingredients for our chocolate muffins and blah blah...

They're too busy to take photos of me, so there's no me!

Life had been consider less boring recently.

Got to know a few friends online.

Met with 1 of them last evening and it went smoothly & sweet? LOL...

Below is part of our conversation...Blogged about it because i want to leave a memory inside me.

Agreed to meet him after we talked online for about 2weeks...

Initially i rejected him because of the serious outbreak but then still finally brought those tiny pimples to meet him....Mentioned tiny because those pimples & redness subsided a lot a a lot!

We webcamed before and he say i'm always grinning!! LOL

He asked about my weight and i was adamant to say...

He met up with a so called 'Weird' lady on Thurs.

I wanted to test his sincererity if he'll come down all the way from Tampines to meet me.

He agreed and i told him to pick me up at Gombak MRT 9.30pm, we bought drinks from 7-11 and parked the car just outside Gombak Stadium for a talk.

He need to work the next day so we decided not to stay out too late.

We enjoyed talking to each other and all this while, he played with my fingers as thought they're toy!

Guess we were too engrossed and forget about the time. Left gombak stadium at 11.30pm and he sent me upstairs. Bid him goodbye and he gave me a goodbye kiss!!!

Got a shock and looked at him with my eyes damn big....HAHAHA...

Anyway it's just our 1st meet up and though impression was good, his liberal ways kinda make me hesitate if we are able to proceed further.

So i'll see how again...

Message from him this morning...

He loves to tease me a lot!!

Even if we didn't manage to get together in the end.

At least it is a memory inside me.

Pimples/Acnes are healing relatively well.

Previously gone to Niks Maple clinic for external uses & i'm also on a pill called 'Nimegen' for internal use.

Nimegen is a pill which is recommended by a relative, she seen my complexion and told me that her GF become a Pretty Lady after 3 days of 'Nimegen.

So on Monday (15/8) i went to the doctor for my hateful cough and at the same time asked the doc about 'Nimegen'. Doctor Lee says he was going to intro this med to me even if i never ask him about it

But as my condition is not so serious, he will only gave me pills for 10days.

Collected the medicine only on Fri (19/8) as there was no stock previously.

I was on leave yesterday.

To Niks Maple Clinic with my sister.

Pimples breakout got terrible, rem my previous post about my breakout,

initially i thought it got better but i was wrong!

It started spreading from the area between my eyebrow to my forehead then to the cheeks area.

How disgusting that can be! They are huge, red and swollen!

Some got better but new ones started popping and this situation lasted for a month plus.

Finally decided to visit the clinic once again.

Reason for not going so often is because,

Dr Ong is only at WCP on Thur 9-1pm and 2-4.30pm session. My AL is not free-flow.

The clinic opens at 9am but you got to be in the queue at latest 7.30am.

Me and sis got there at 7.45am and we were in queue 13 & 14.

Luckily we were early as Dr Ong was on half day and sees only 20 patients that morning.

Walked around WCP and had our breakfast together and

by the time it was 11.30am when my number was called.

Normally the total bill never go past $200 but because i requested for big bottles for every product,

the bill went past $300!

Below products costs me $364.50

But frankly speaking, their products are good!

You can feel the difference when you actually use it.

Initially it might be confusing because there are just too many steps to remember.

Bring a paper and jot down what the doctor says.

What's confusing is which product should avoid and which product should not:

1) Apply Whole Face avoid eye and lip area

2) Apply whole face including eye and lip area

3) T-Zone only
4) Apply alternate days

Not forgetting which is day and which is for night use and also which bottle comes 1st and last.

The nurses would label the bottle by the sequence so it makes the patient like me less confusing.

Dr Ong would also go thru 1 by 1 what are the uses of the products but who can remember so many of it.

I just remember those impt words like she said, 'Stevia Cream' is a magic cream...

It unclog pores, minimise pores..prevent outbreak....blah blah....(Can't rem!)

So i need to be a hardworking lady in order to have pretty face.

So in total i have about 10 products to apply Day & Night! (including SKII & Eyecream)

Met up with San and Tine in the evening at Lot 1 as Ling cannot make it.

We went over to Christine's new house instead of staying at Lot 1.

Had our dinner tgt at a coffeshop nearby,

Joel was damn hungry and already munching away when we reached.

Envy Christine & Joel, they started from ballot of the flat, got it and collect the keys,

choose the furniture and decide on the tiles, wallpaper & colours till today all the renovation done.

It's a process i would love very much to go thru with my other half.

Though there might be arguments in between but that's call Qing She...

If there's no argument, you'll never understand your partner better!

So i cross my fingers and wait for the right half to appear.....SOON!
